I have been using HC Property Lettings to manage my properties for five years now and I wouldn’t switch to another company if you paid me: I have tried others but none compare. Hugh and Lorna provide an unparalleled service: their professionalism is second to none and nothing is ever too much (despite some trying tenants over the years). Communication is excellent, payment is always on time and as an overseas landlord I sleep safe in the knowledge that my properties are in the very safest of hands.

HC Property Lettings (Hugh Currah) has managed our property portfolio for a number of years since we first became Landlords and, after we left the UK, from overseas.

During this time we have had virtually no void periods and the rent is remitted without error. We have encountered no problems with tenants whatsoever as there is a very strong vetting procedure. We also receive regular detailed inspection reports.
Any repairs or maintenance to our properties is outsourced to reliable contractors which offer good value for money. Again Hugh/HC Property Lettings oversees all of this.

From a personal perspective working with Hugh is very easy and in essence we trust his judgment completely. He offers the best service at the best price in our opinion. We have built up a portfolio of properties and one of the main contributing factors for doing this was that we had Hugh to manage them for us.
